I’ve been researching something like this and finally decided to give this one a try. I’m very pleased with this. Very easy instructions and very easy to use. I started using it for 3 minutes twice a day and up to 8 minutes as of today. It is amazing how well you feel afterwards. I highly recommend this product. It definitely helps with circulation problems.

Exactly as described, I love this vibration plate because you can change the intensity and the amount of time you are on it. I also like it because there are the 3 sections you can stand in so you can ramp up the intensity just by moving your feet or by using the remote or the buttons on the machine. It’s a good size, not too big or too small. My husband can stand on it with his big feet but also I can stand on it with my smaller feet and we both benefit from it.

Absolute love using the vibration plate along with my workout and as a way to help my body relax at the end of a long day! Plus the acupuncture on the feet feels amazing!
