I’ve been researching something like this and finally decided to give this one a try. I’m very pleased with this. Very easy instructions and very easy to use. I started using it for 3 minutes twice a day and up to 8 minutes as of today. It is amazing how well you feel afterwards. I highly recommend this product. It definitely helps with circulation problems.

Easy to assemble, loaded with options, very comfortable with quiet operating positions. We ordered the classic. Will need to order brackets if adding a headboard.

It automatically sets at 10 minutes. It works great and allows you to set its “speed”. I was worried about it not having a handle bar but balance is not a problem.

Exactly as described, I love this vibration plate because you can change the intensity and the amount of time you are on it. I also like it because there are the 3 sections you can stand in so you can ramp up the intensity just by moving your feet or by using the remote or the buttons on the machine. It’s a good size, not too big or too small. My husband can stand on it with his big feet but also I can stand on it with my smaller feet and we both benefit from it.

Came quick but very little protection while shipping, it only had a little bit of the brown packing paper in the box with it but thankfully it was ok, works well, I played monster hunter wilds all day without an issue
